Later this year, DAG will launch the first multi-branded, multi-purpose automotive/residential complex in downtown Toronto – The “Autoplex” – which will be the new home for seven Downtown brands: Ford, Genesis, Hyundai, Infiniti, Lincoln, Nissan, and Toyota. Downtown Lexus, Toyota on Front and Avenue Nissan are also proud members of DAG. It’s an exciting time for our company!

Our group has immediate openings for the position of Drive Thru Concierge within our Downtown Toyota location (currently at 677 Queen St East). We are looking for a friendly, punctual, and flexible team player who is passionate about the automotive industry. You will use your great communication skills to provide exceptional customer service. You must be a high school graduate and have a minimum of three years’ driving experience with a clean record (you will be required to provide a drivers’ abstract). You must be able to operate both manual and automatic transmissions, as well as work on rotating shifts, including alternating Saturdays.

What you will be doing:

  • Keeping the drive thru area clean and tidy.
  • Greeting customers upon their arrival.
  • Tagging customer vehicles and directing customers to the Service Advisor.
  • Preparing vehicles to perform wheel alignment inspections and providing reports to Service Advisor.
  • Removing vehicles to the parking area.
  • Shuttling customers to their requested destinations.
  • Performing car washing.
  • Bringing in vehicles as requested.
  • Maintaining the shuttle bus in a clean and tidy manner.
  • Reporting any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the Dealership to management immediately.
