Our group has an immediate opening for the full-time position of Human Resources Coordinator. We are looking for an energetic, personable and HR professional to assist with a broad range of HR functions including employee relations, policy implementation, compliance and training administration for our 10 dealerships and head office.
You are organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You have great communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to maintain confidential information. Ideally, you have experience within the automotive industry.
Reporting to the Manager, People, Culture & Training, your key responsibilities will be to:
Provide general Human Resources support by serving as the first point of contact for dealership and head office employees, managing or escalating issues as necessary;
Assist with the implementation and communication of major people processes including recruiting, performance management, compensation, onboarding and training;
Assistance with building our corporate culture, driving employee engagement across all locations;
Provides coordination/administrative support for other HR processes such as employee departure process, DAG guidelines, and legal compliance;
Acting as an employee resource, proactively responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
Assists in updating procedures, HR analytics and policy documents;
Other special projects as required

Bilingual (French/English), both spoken and written is required
A Bachelor's degree or a certificate in Human Resources (or a related field). Equivalent experience will also be considered.
1+ years’ experience in Human Resources is preferred
